Test results get sent to Helen and we will invite you to schedule an Initial Consultation to discuss your test results.
Please note, the Initial Consultation fee is not included in the test kit cost and has to be purchased separately. The cost of the consultation is $275 for one-hour. It's important to note that we do not release test results prior to the Initial Consultation.
Your 60-minute Initial Consultation will be via Zoom video call.
We will contact you to confirm your booking and make contact again to book your Initial Consultation once your test results are in. Please note, tests can take a few weeks to be processed.
Once you are booked in, you will sent a Health Questionnaire to complete prior to your session with Helen.

To reschedule your Initial Consultation, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required. For cancellations up to 48-hours prior to your consultation, a full refund less $50 admin fee will be given.
