Cancellation fee:

Delivery
All orders are couriered to ensure the order successfully reaches the customer. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a Card to Call and the customer will need to contact the carrier to arrange collection of the item.
The customer can arrange special delivery instructions or an 'Authority to Leave' so that orders are delivered without being signed for and this needs to be made directly with the carrier. Should this option be arranged, Cross Ventures Ltd trading as The Health Engineer cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries or missing items.
Failed Deliveries
Please note if your shipment is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, shipping costs of $10.00 will also apply on all following shipping attempts.
Returns Policy
All UNUSED and UNOPENED returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of purchase. Any return outside of 14 days will not be accepted and refunded and will be shipped back to the customer. Product must be unopened, with the tamper seal still in tact.
Damaged products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact cindy@thehealthengineer.co.nz to arrange your return.
Refunds
Once received at the Cross Ventures Ltd trading as The Health Engineer Warehouse, a full refund will be processed for the returned nutritional support products. Please note, cancellation and return fees apply and are at the discretion of the Cross Ventures Ltd trading as The Health Engineer team.
Refunds may take 6 - 10 business days to process and show in your account.
