Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and then sent via tracked courier and should arrive in another 3-5 working days (rural allow another few days). Please be patient while we pick, pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address
When will my order ship?
We endeavour to ship goods within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Once we have packed your order you will be emailed the tracking link. Tracking information will be available once the courier has picked up your parcel which can take up to 1 business day from when we have packed your order depending on their pick-up schedule.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, we will not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
